Returns & Exchanges

At Bridle Up Hope Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the shipment off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
